Richardssons is not currently working actively to market itself as a toll manufacturer. However, because we are involved in one-off production the utilisation of our individual machines or our multiple-machine work centres can vary significantly over time. We can therefore periodically have excess capacity which we can offer to external customers.
The various manufacturing techniques we can offer are: NC milling, long-hole drilling, sinker EDM and wire EDM. At some of our work centres we can machine large components and workpieces, while at other work centres we can machine components which are smaller but which demand an especially high degree of precision.
In one of our milling departments we also manufacture pattern equipment in plastic, for instance for sand casting. We can also do some manufacturing in other materials.
