Throughout all the design, planning and manufacturing stages, Richardssons’ operations are characterised by computer technology involving software and advanced processing machines. However, when it comes to the final stage of fitting, polishing and assembling the tools, our employees’ craftsmanship comes to the fore. This stage requires both dexterity and a lot of experience. In this department nine of our employees do the final hand processing of the tools prior to delivery. Together they have almost 150 years of experience! Our employees are truly our most important resource.
